Anybody can recommend a good, reliable brand for a torque wrench ?

I bought some new rims and aluminium lock-nuts to go with them. Just need a torque wrench now to ensure the wheels are mounted and tightened to specs and to prevent damaging the lock-nuts.

Also, anyone of you using tyre gauge regularly to check their pressure ? For two years now, I have been using a unit made by Intercomp and can highly recommend their gauges.
