Season 11 of the Malaysian Sim Racers league started with an opening race at the Circuit de Gilles Villeneuve with Enduracers Endurance mod again being adapted for its good quality and well balanced physics. More than 15 drivers joined the newly introduced 3-race per event format which replaces the long distance races which was implemented since Season 6.
Kenny skipped the race, and Nazirull took full advantage by taking the pole and top spot. Arnaud took first ever podium in his career with pace. Zul converted Long Beach dissapointment into a solid 3rd place.
Nazirull took it from the dominating Kenny in Kyalami with a pole and a straight win. Kenny finished 2nd place and Zul got a second consecutive 3rd place.
Kenny wins it again in Interlagos. He also snatched pole position by quite a margin from the rest. Choe scores his first ever podium finish in his Brabham and Afif made it to the 3rd spot in his Lotus. Yeong made it to 4th in his *censored* Wolf!Nazirull finished only 5th after collided with Kenny in lap 4 while leading.
11 made it to the grid tonite, despite the lure of the clash of the titans between Manchester United and Liverpool.
Choe does the race report again. And interview from the podium sitters.
Yeong was really pissed because his G25 malfunctioned just before Quali and still defective despite a reboot and rejoin. It seems the unit is experiencing unsanctioned downshifts. He'd be on 3rd gear and for no reason the thing downshifted by itself to 1st and spinning him out. He had the same problem several times when he was running races on my server. Sometimes the problem goes away, sometimes it comes back.
Kenny has won the Season 10 Round 1 in Buenos Aires! He inherited the lead from Nazirull who was on pole, retired halfway thru the race due to disconnection.
Kelvin comes second and set the fastest lap of the race with 1:45.438. Zul broke his podium curse and scores third.
12 made it to the grid with this season ban on refuelling. Round 2 is set for Interlagos in 7 days time.
Kamal Afiq, tells us about his day, karting in the DRIVERS 2010 by MyKart.org. A petrolhead, he talks of the experience full of enthusiasm, a typical MSRians....a typical simracer. Himself, Zuljag and Piji is an avid karter, having sessions almost everyweek. Here is the report.
got there at 745 am. kept on smsing bro zul but didnt got any reply. well, he reminded me last night that he'll make it IF he can get up in time. so, i guess he didnt . alright, registered myself, paid the fees and weighed. i was among the earliest to register . by 830am the paddock started to get crowded and by now i realized how intense the race will be in a good way. intense here refers to the fact that MOST of the drivers that came today do look physically prepared and mentally. they came with all those fancy race suits etc2. well, i wasnt really far off either to be honest coz i brought along my jacket+full face helmet (NON FIA approved)+glove+balaclava. well, long story short those who came today ARE INDEED motorsport enthusiasts.
Lukewarm response to Season 10 - updated with season promo vid

Its has been very quiet in the tracks of MSR. Regardless of which one is loaded up. The excitement of acuiring the new dedicated server are not enough to attract runners for practice. Only occasional sound of a flat-12 engine and a turbocharger passing thru and empty paddock. Regardless, Choe (L-Plate Driver) found enough excitement to write his take of the race. It was the 2nd test race of the season (theres 3 of them). Number of racers on the starting grid - 5.
Regardless, Promo vids by EvoHahn, Ryugan n Azrink!
First of all, the turnout was really disappointing (5 guys). I had hoped for a larger grid. I remembered the test races from last yr had a packed grid of at least 15 drivers. Most disapointing was my teammate IHM who stood up the whole event despite having hassled me all week long to install the GP79 mod so that he can participate. "I'm too tired after playing afternoon badminton session" lar ...."I have to fetch my daughter from bus station at 5am" lar......all 101 damn blardy excuses.
After a succesful donation drive, MSR has acquired a new dedicated server which is already up and running. It is in time for the Test Race for Season 10 GP1979 that is being anticipated sometime around next week. A full 10 round calendar will be unveiled upon the completion of the race day poll, which has Sundays race on the lead.
Season 9 Round 3 - Spa Francorchamps pt.3

A snapshot of the battle between Evohahn and Soze
The gap between the race leader and Maranello55 was never too far and consistent. It is looking as if the decrease in track temp is affecting Mara's pace as Muaz cuts the gap by 0.5s per lap, from over 9 seconds to now just only 5 seconds. But its was Muaz time to pit, and Bonn2020 and arnaud, again.
As Kelvin exits the race, Ryugan overtook Hisham79. The power of the P1 is yet to be tamed by him. He spun on the throttle at the slippery exit of Fagnes. Afif sends one down on RonMD on the start/finish straight and RonMD gets another one from Zul. Kenny is right on his tail now.
